Everyone pitches in to keep the runway mowed, normally Thursday evenings.
The Runway Maintenance Committee will send out texted notification before the weekly session depending on weather and grass conditions.
In the spring there is a Runway Work Party to complete maintenance. The more volunteers the faster it goes. The date is above. We start with coffee and donuts in a designated hangar and then tackle the list of tasks. Come help out and get to know your neighbor better.
Once a year we have a picnic or chili dump, to foster the community spirit. You are welcome to have friends fly in and or bring your plane by. Information will be sent out by email with event details and who is hosting. The HOA has disposable dinnerware and will pay for a portable restroom rental or the event.
The third Thursday in February is the Annual Membership Meeting.
Traditionally the HOA has a Buffet Dinner at 6pm with the Annual Meeting starting at 7:30.
